What are NOAH's Core Values

What are NOAH's Core Values

1. New churches established by NOAH shall be church planting churches from their very inception. This will be reflected by the church giving proportionally of their offerings to church planting for the first years of their existence.

2. New churches established by NOAH will provide a reporducible model of church planting for our region.

3. The leadership of our new congregations must teach and practice the New Testament pattern of baptism by immersion (baptism by immersion for the remission of sin, and not merely as the first act of obedience for the saved) and provide communion at worship each week.

4. The new church must engage in systematic leadership development, which will result in the establishment of a strong, healthy Eldership.

5. The new churches established by NOAH shall be actively engaged in world missions.

6. NOAH will help provide adequate funding and aggressively develop ample resources for our new churches.

7. NOAH will strategically target areas for new churches, including high population areas, areas which lack religious alternatives, and cross-cultural church planting opportunities. NOAH will also help develop effective strategies which will result in churches being established in all of the above areas.

8. NOAH will fervently pray, and develop prayer networks, for the needs of new churches and for gifted leaders, who in turn may be recruited to help "harvest the fields which are ripe unto harvest."
